How To Delivery
-International Shipping
International orders, please allow up to (2) business days to process your order and allow up to 12-15 business days(Standard Shipping) for your order to arrive, 5-7 business days(Expedited Shipping) for your order to arrive, starting from the date of shipment.
Occasionally issues beyond our control, such as poor weather conditions, mail service backlogs, or incomplete/incorrect addresses may delay shipments beyond their scheduled delivery dates. Customers are solely responsible for any fees and/or charges that are incurred in the event an order must be reshipped due to an incomplete/incorrect address.
You will receive shipment tracking information via E-Mail when your order ships. If this shipment confirmation is not received and your E-Mail uses bulk mail or spam filtering, ensure that you are accepting E-Mails from: support@diycolorfulworld.com
Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on imported shipments. These fees are not enforced by us, and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These fees (if any) are made payable to your government. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and/or customs fees deemed necessary for the release of your shipment; please check with your local post office for more information. We are required to declare an accurate monetary value on all international shipments, and are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker or claim it as a gift.
We are not responsible for packages held by customs. Customers are solely responsible to be aware of and fully comply by all laws pertaining to the importing of materials purchased on our website. Customers are solely responsible for any fees and/or charges incurred in the event a shipment is refused or otherwise returned to us. To minimize cases of fraud, international orders may take additional processing time while we verify your payment method information. In some cases Customer Service may contact international customers and require that they provide additional means of authorization before an order can be shipped.
Shipping Rates are based on weight and to your location.
-Must Arrive By
If your shipment is "date required by" sensitive, we recommend shipping through Expedited Shipping. Expedited may cost more, however for that price, you have 24/7 tracking.
How To Return
At DIYcolorfulworld, we want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@diycolorfulworld.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

-Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
-Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Body Jewelry, Clearance, Custom-Made products and Worn and/or washed clothing, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
-Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
-Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method(Shipping charges are non-refundable). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
-Please note: Once your item is delivered, you have 30 days to return it or exchange it (less shipping). DIYcolorfulworld will not accept any returns after 30 days.
